"Huge opportunities for advancement for LGBTQA+
LGBTQA+ people simply will not find a more welcoming employer.
Corporate office sends out company emails nearly weekly to all employees to promote/boast about their latest Gay PRIDE parade, LGBTQA+ conference at some local city, etc. All such LGBTQA+ activities are rigidly supported, enforced and protected by upper management.
LGBTQA+ people simply will not find more opportunities for advancement and job security than CHS."

0 Weeks Paid | 16 Weeks Unpaid
"The state allows up to 16 weeks parental leave and if you have sick and vacation built up; if you had a smooth, trouble free pregnancy and didn't have to use all of your time, you'll be paid. If you happened to sign up for Short Term Disability, they'll pay you a percentage, after the first two weeks after delivery. If you don't have STD and don't have any sick or vacation time, your time with your child will be unpaid. But you are also responsible for covering your health care premiums out of pocket during this time. "
