They are making efforts to improve culture but it lacks core values for employees to use as guiding principles. I believe it will get better soon with all of the current initiatives currently in play.

I like the management that I work with. The company has some improvements to make to its benefits to be in line with what the parent company offers.

    Management seems to be flexible but the rules that are in place do not make it easy.

    First week of short term disability is unpaid, but you can use your sick time (if accrued). Standard paid is 5 weeks, 7 weeks if you have a c-section. A lot of the benefits are dependent upon the medical plan you choose, or you can add-on short term & long term disability, for a weekly fee.

This is a very "good ole boys" club company. It used to be that in working for them you were well taken care of; the "trilogy" (their core belief system) was well balanced. This is no longer the case. The shift in senior management within the corporate office did nothing to help the field leadership and they have lost respect with all employees tenured more than 7 or 8 years. This was a company I dreamed of working for for years and the decline in the quality of the company is a tragedy now.
