I really depends on who is gouing to be your boss. I've seen many sexist things here, as well as I've seen a lot of equality too. It's not a general problema but some of the older managers and directors can be a little sexist and not even realise it.

    I think it depends on where do you work. There are departments designed to travel therefore more likely there will no women on them.
