"We've got a great maternity (and family) leave package and with the flexible working conditions here, you can be accountable to your own working style.
While not perfect, there is a dedicated team to ensure that women are being treated fairly with policies and networks in place to support equality."

"We have a very output-driven culture where how and when you work doesn't matter, only the results and outcomes.
This allows me to breakdown my days into personal time, focus hours, meetings, tasks, and more. With the unlimited paid time off, I do feel like I can take a couple of days when I'm overwhelmed and come back better and refreshed without having to worry about having enough time off at the end of each year."

"In addition to the maternity leave (18 weeks paid 100%), I am also allowed a "phased-in: return to work where I can work only 80% of hours while being paid 100% for up to 6 months from my return.
Paternity & Adoption leave is at 4 weeks paid 100%. "

"I really depends on who is gouing to be your boss. I've seen many sexist things here, as well as I've seen a lot of equality too. It's not a general problema but some of the older managers and directors can be a little sexist and not even realise it."
