"On the surface Cigna talks about diversity but there really isn't any when it comes to equal pay and promotion. Men are always seen as having more input than women, even when it is clear the woman has done all the work. "

"Major gender pay gap issues. Women are hired at a lower rate than men. Raises given to women are 0% to 3%, average raises given to men are 2% to 6%. Female staff share this info with coworkers and family but are afraid to report it due to the far of job loss."

"It's great for college graduates. But if, like me, you've worked to care for your family and do not have a degree, there's very little opportunity for advancement. Job experience and life experience are both valuable."
