"In my three years here Cigna management has been very flexible so that I can balance family and work. It’s probably the most flexible place I’ve ever worked at. People are very nice, you’ll sometime have the same politics as any other place that employs people but for the most part people are reasonable. "

"There's a lot of potential for career growth, supported by tools and the culture. It does vary a bit who your direct manager is, as not all espouse the enterprise culture."
