"As a customer service representative you will not experience anything close to a good quality of life at this company unless you are constantly kissing up to someone. The health insurance benefits are laughable for a company that is in the health insurance business.There are far better places to work."

"It is based off of numbers, if you are in call, there are no exceptions - you will be pointed (based off of a point system with a max of 10 before you are disciplined) if you have to leave or miss."
