Work for this company if you do not now anything else because there is no health insurance ,pay is very low, and it can happened not to get payed at all..Very doggy company without benefits for employees except top level ones..!!Find something else do not take risk to get in jail for scamming people on line .. This is what this company does.!!!

    There is no leave of that kind for employees in this company!We do not now for whom we are working for.except few team leaders. There is no maternity leave what so ever and no extra pay for moderators working from home on scam websites owned by this company!!

Massive glass ceiling, very unfriendly to family centered women, key people openly hostile to women (and tolerated), too many old people in charge who fear/dont understand distance working/modern computing, place is not quality oriented, just volume oriented/uninterested in differing opinions or innovation (especially if it comes from a woman)/women who get ahead are good little handmaiden types.

It's a good place to work. Just try to get to know the Manager you would be reporting to during the interview process and if flexibility is important then highlight that during interviews.

    It seems to be down to Manager discretion as to how flexible they will be with employees. Also those with pre-set schedules like garbage collectors or customer service don't get flexibility.
