There is finally a diversity effort (thanks to a fabulous woman) however, there seems to be serious issues following these initiatives. While there is great diversity in architecture, there is almost zero within engineering. This is especially true at leadership levels.

January 2017

Its not amazing but better than most. Best suits younger people as they really stress the "fun" work atmosphere typical of startups/tech companies so think more happy hours and less sympathy or positive assumptions about leaving work to see your kids instead.

I worked here for a year and a half. Most of the top management are men, but there are a few women, notably the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Risk Officer.
