      "You need to be aware that this is a men driven company and that most managers do not accommodate for things such as childcare. You may hear sexist jokes around the office and you might get paid less than a man doing your job. In my experience, when women presented it was more joked about but men were taken more seriously. "

      "I just recently left. The manager I had is the biggest reason I left. Even though she is female herself, she was not understanding when my significant other was in the hospital and I wanted to work a normal 40 hours a week. She demanded that I needed to work overnight to get the job done. "
