"I feel that women are treated fairly and equally in my department. I truly think Cisco has the best flexibility in the Bay Area for it's employees. They cater to work-life balance and it makes my life easier and less stressful. The culture at Cisco is amazing and I highly suggest working at Cisco."

19 Weeks Paid | 12 Weeks Unpaid
"Up to 21 for moms who give birth and are the “primary caregiver” which is a term that doesn’t represent most families. Non-primary caregivers get up to 4 weeks paid and can take FMLA unpaid. I’d love to see a more equal policy which would support all parents and families, like other tech companies are moving to. "
