I've worked here for 4 1/2 years and there are a lot of women working here, but predominantly in support roles. Generally I believe they are treated fairly but management is male-dominated and not diverse, which makes it tougher for women to "network" with them. Mid-level women don't seem to advance because of these subtle issues. Also, while maternity leave is generous here I think women are judged harshly by some colleagues and managers for taking the full time.

Extremely long hours, no balance, have to work on holidays and weekends as well for no additional pay. No diversity, predominantly indian male population whos only aim in life is to work with nothing else going on.

I've worked here for 7 years. I do think that they are trying to include more diversity, and although that seems to be true at the top, as it trickles down, there are fewer women in leadership roles, and my perception is that women don't get promoted as quickly or often as men, but I do think the company is taking steps to rectify that and include more opportunities for women.

I have been working here for 7 years in a support role. It's an intense environment - constantly changing. The hours are often long. I believe women are treated fairly here - but the support roles are not given fair compensation. Support roles do not have great routes for advancement, and upper management ( not your immediate management) is always looking for ways to spend less. For example $50 in training materials was like pulling teeth to get authorization for but the sales team got an Aerosmith concert. Makes one wonder about the budget.
