"I have worked in several companies within the IT area, but it has been in Cisco where I have felt the respect for my ideas, my work and where they drive to be better without distinction of gender.
We believe that 100% office work and strict schedules is the only thing that exists, but I can assure you that there are companies like Cisco where the work culture is important and flexible."

"Cisco has an amazing network of Employee Resource Organizations (EROs) for each minority group. As a woman in Engineering, I have found encouragement, mentors, community, and a sense of belonging through these groups.
Other pros include flexibility to work from home when needed, vacation days (20/year), Employee Stock Program (15% discount, 2 year lookback), shuttle services, bonus, and a strengths based approach to career building."

"I LOVE Cisco but I currently have a tricky situation with my manager. Some teams at Cisco have been around for over 20 years and have not adopted the new culture, meaning there is a sense of seniority and entitlement in some teams. You may find bias and challenge in getting promoted - this will rely heavily on your manager when you are early in career."

"I have loved working at cisco as an early in career women. I feel that my opinion and thoughts are always wanted by my team members. There is a huge push for diversity and inclusion at Cisco and that is something i see bleed throughout the company. I am given many opportunities to network with higher up women and there is a sense of an open/learning community. We also ave wonderful employee resource groups !"

"I love working at Cisco and truly feeling like an equal. I can't speak to other functions but at least in my own we actively fight against bias every day and our biggest asset is our culture and work life balance. I could see myself working here for a long time because of the flexibility and understanding they value so highly. "
