"The culture is terrible. The incentive plan does not foster partnerships between the different wealth management segments which ultimately leads to infighting. Those who do not follow the policies are never actually held accountable.
Leadership changes multiple times per year. Leadership is not responsive to employee feedback. "

"Don’t work here. In Wealth Management, its a very top down and follow the chain of command type place ran by men that protect men. Women are not supported by management with similar job assignments or any opportunities as their male counterparts. "

"Good place to start, get knowledge and experience, however seek elsewhere to actually grow your career. It is possible to do that here but always an uphill battle."
