"Management is completely inept at handling interpersonal issues. Harassment claims are swept under the rug and disregarded, HR is only there to protect the company and not at all to help employees."

"CEO runs the bank like its 1950s. He pushes "hybrid" work model that basically forces people to go in on dictated days vs. allowing flexibility. HR promote works life balance but doesn't allow keeping bank lean and pushing additional work on colleagues. If you want to eat lunch, you can forget it as you'll be in meetings all day long."

"Their salary and bonus structure is one that is rigged to be sure you never get a bonus. The company always gets to keep the money you worked for. The management stick together to work against the underlings. Every year the comp plan gets less for the worker bees and more for the upper management. Expect to work sick, expect to work when your kids are sick. Expect to work if a family member passes away. The bank always comes first, as if they won’t replace you the minute they can. "
