"Great work from home flexibility. Mainly white male leadership (and some blindspots there). Not many women at VP level or above."

"It can be a very boys-club culture and it’s evident based on how they hire and generally don’t know how to interact with women. Very easy to feel excluded. Diversity is always talked about but isn’t reflected so it feels very fake. "
