"It can be a very boys-club culture and it’s evident based on how they hire and generally don’t know how to interact with women. Very easy to feel excluded. Diversity is always talked about but isn’t reflected so it feels very fake. "

"Flexible -- but only white males get ahead -- look at their executive leadership team. Every employee gathering is about sports. All of the leadership team (exception HR), are very uncomfortable about discussing diversity. "
