"Beware. Watch your back. It seems like they get it and are a great company and their PR machine is strong. As in any professional setting, trust no one. Things have changed post IPO, but they still blame alot of shortcomings on their "startup," status. This is a way to circumvent/ abdicate responsibility as a growing company. This allows management and mid management too much freedom to make mistakes, obfuscating the very strong tech bro culture. Ask for minority turnaround stats (age, gender, ethnicity). Minorities leave at a higher rate in my experience. "
