"The company's 'visual' diversity is not reflective of their attitude; while there are not a ton of women in senior/executive leadership right now, I have certainly heard it spoken about frequently and I can see active efforts to support the promotion of women in the workplace. Policies are flexible and supportive of working parents as well, including flexible return to work policies following parental leave."

"It is a great company overall. The company hires very talented people on the delivery team. I would encourage you to build relationships with your colleagues and ensure there is a layer of trust. Otherwise, you will need to watch your back"
