"They have a "modern luxury" standard which is customer based and requires both approachability and personal service. This translates to the employee as well, which means age, weight, race, gender and gender preference are non issues in hiring practice. If you can be presentable in appearance, accommodating to the customer, get along with co-workers and be on time, present and moderately efficient you can have a job with COACH and be proud of it. You are not judged in any other way. "

"I would be be cautious about accepting a role at this organization: there is very little respect for employees' need for work/life balance. Senior management is very subjective in their decision making about who is given the "perk" of working from home or having that flexibility at times."
