The compensation isn't great but they will work with you for schedules if needed. They do not have maternity leave and that is a big sore spot.

October 2015

RRA has the largest number of female consultants of all the large executive search firms. In my practice area, there are far more women than men, and most balance work/family with young children at home. It is a stressful and time-consuming industry, but the firm encourages investment in your personal life, and men and women alike prioritize family activities. Schedules are generally flexible to allow for personal commitments.

September 2015

I have been made aware of my gender in multiple occasions during my employment. Overall the treatment of women in the non-office personal roles seems to be sub par at best. If you are not an obnoxious brown nosier, whiner or d-bag then getting ahead regardless of your credentials is near impossible.

They TALK about work life balance. They go on and on about how they "do the right thing." But it's like being set up to fail. You have so much work, you are SO micromanaged, that you end up working nights and weekends. I personally haven't had a day off ion a month. 7 days a week. You get about 100 emails a day. Many are from management about stupid shit. So instead of getting ready for trial, they insist you click off overdue to-dos. Your paralegals suck, and they're in a different state. You have a secretary, but she also works for 5 other attorneys. This place is miserable.
