The project manager has been sexist in his attitude toward the females on the team. He seems to value the opinions of our male counterparts more.

November 2017

This is a great place to work if you have kids - flex hours, ability to work from home. However, the travel demands are very high for anyone in a leadership position.

The culture was very gender biased in the sense that mostly all of the drivers and top sales people were men.

February 2017

Solid company but there is a glass ceiling that affects senior level positions. There is a focus on a culture change but it wont happy for probably another 7 years. Most leaders are white, male, and german.
