"Benefits are excellent including sick time and holidays. It is not a bad place at all but I wouldn't say it is a top notch operation and organization."

"Being a lab setting, there is no glass ceiling. Indeed, the lab I worked in was run by a woman and instrumental in making leaps to discover a cure for male-patterned baldness"
