This employer has very limited chances for advancement opportunities and the pay is inadequate for the job duties.

This is not a good work environment for women, even with a female VP of HR. Even the VP aid HR favors men over women in the company.

Their short term disability program is a joke, you pay into it and are limited on what you get paid out per their chosen policy that they randomly change at any time.

They honor FMLA and California's Parental Leave. However, their employer-based parental leave was only 1 (paid) week during my first pregnancy in 2015. Today (starting 2017), the employer-based parental leave is 6 weeks (paid). This is not in line with what is being offered at comparable Silicon Valley majors' (FANG) offices

The management is mostly women, which I like. I come from a male dominated industry and it’s definitely easier working for women.

November 2015

Generally women were treated fairly, but there was very little information about maternity leave and no paid leave granted besides PTO.

October 2015

The infrastructure and benefits within the company are great. However, it is definitely run by the old guard and unless you have a dynamic manager gunning for you, you will not rise above the level you were hired at. Great training ground for young people and a good place to work and leave for older people with kids but if you are looking to grow your career you will most likely run in to a wall after 2-3 years.

Fantastic, women colleagues are upbeat, happy, intelligent. It is an easy place to work, and when I am there, leaving my little ones with a nanny, I realize it is a job like this that makes it worth it.
