"What is flexibility when there is so much chaos that your leader not only don't know what you do but also doesn't care? I could have not shown to work for weeks and no one would have noticed. Contrarily, showing up to work and working hard, effectively and having a huge impact doesn't get noticed either. Either way you get "meets expectations" on your review and years of no raises. "
