"I would simply state to not work for this employer, not flexible, treats women like lesser, and tries to preach equality while degrading women in condescending tones."

"Many pregnant women who have worked for Conduent end up having to quit or get a nanny the day after they give birth, no maternity leave available and no flexibility. You have to request time off that often doesn’t get accepted, even if you have just had a child"

"The hours are flexible and people are nice; however, there is a pay disparity among people in same positions. Including bonus eligibility. "

"It is not a place where professionals are tuning the show. The few women who have moved up in management do not say much, and are pretty much just put in their positions so as to even things out so that the token white woman and token black woman can legally cover the bases. "

"Overall the people are great and the culture is great however you will have your one or two bad apples that spoil the managers and they are not coached or removed this is the only reason i would and have considered leaving."
