      "There's a surprising amount of women in all departments, but there's still a level of competition between women. There are many here that love to work together and build each other up, but the culture is still growing!"

      "For professional level jobs, most departments are willing to allow flex time, but be prepared for the good boys club mentality and blatant nepotism. Nepotism is actually celebrated. Conservatism rules."
