"Working here you will likely get a pitch regarding diverse work culture. And this might differ by department, but specifically in operations women infrequently are promoted. And are on average paid less that their counterparts who are men. This is even worse if you are a woman of color. There is also a single woman of color in upper leadership, but her presence at the company and the power she has (if any) are incredibly ambiguous. "
