On paper looks great. In reality, still a lot to do, less long unuseful meetings and less hours all organization reading and answering emails.... Because women have more responsibilities socially it is difficult to follow the same amount of hours or in the office as men

Threat woman as leaders and not as monkeys following orders. They have promoted quite some women but not in Sales, not in Finance. The ones that are now in the board of directors are in week positions.

This company values the "whole person". A strength of ours is the accommodating work hours to our Associates. Whether it be your commute, your pet, or your families schedule, I think we do a great job at working around our lives. Our President, COO is a women and we have a number of women on our leadership team who are great examples.

This is not an environment where women really help other women. I actually think it's somewhat competitive and some of the women are downright nasty. Unfortunately, that includes the VP of HR and the CEO.
