Is paid parental leave offered, and if so, how much?
"No / Unsure"
"This is part of sick and annual leave. However some parents are able to adjust schedule to pick up kids or go to a play, or stay with sick children.
The telework options are robust. A third of the agency was just put on permanent telework. Half of the agency has received abolishment
non- RIF notices for 5 -15 months from now. "

"Agency is down-sizing. There are a significant number of women in agency but this does not translate into a hospitable work environment.
Beware and find something else especially in 2019"
