"The leaders here care about doing well and providing a place to grow your career. There isn't a lot of flexibility (role dependent) but I have found most leaders want to be as flexible as they possibly can. Clarify early on if you are in a position that requires shift work. Over the past couple of years there has been an increase of women in leadership so that has been an exciting change!"

"Many parts of the company offer a lot of flexibility and they are trying to do better with this aspect though the manufacturing locations have their hands tied and often do not have supportive leadership due to their leader's pressure to achieve goals."
