"It can be a very stressful environment, if you have a lot of stressors at home, this is not the place for you. Women are treated just like everyone else, and everyone starts at the same salary depending on the job you have. Some managers are competent while others are not. Yes, there are cliques and it seems like high school sometimes. They have also had a few physical fights and violent threats between employees."

"Excellent PTO compensation. Decent benefits, though costs have gone up. Management can be unfocused. "
