"The company is dedicated to building an inclusive, equal workplace! "The company is run by a group of middle aged white men, and all important decisions are made accordingly. Women only get seats at the table for show. They have no real decision making power at leadership level. The CEO and other senior management pretend to say the right things but then turn around and make sexist comments. Plus, if you take time to care for family, it will be held against you. I've watched all the powerful, confident and assertive female leaders slowly leave or be forced out. This is not a place that welcomes powerful women. "

"It's a total boy's club. Expect management to be uncomfortable and dismissive if you bring to their attention any behavior which is demeaning or unprofessional."
