      "I am basing this on the Cox Automotive division of Cox Enterprises. We are filled with women in leadership roles and I do not ever feel gender is an issue. Career path can be difficult but it is not specific to gender. It’s a great culture with lots to focus on benefits and flexibility. You will be pushed to work hard but policies are supportive."

      "Leadership is overwhelmingly male. Success is dictated by how much your individual manager will advocate for you (and they may not have enough cultural cache). You must be Southern "nice" to be successful. You and your male colleague can say the same thing but if you don't say it nicer, then people won't like you. Workforce trends older and those older people will assume your male colleague is your boss even when you have the same job title. "
