I love working for JLT and firmly believe they have all of their employees best interest at heart, especially women, in a male dominating industry.

The best benefit is hospital stays are covered as long as there are here. Including those for birth or NICU.

January 2016

Worked at Politico for almost three years. It's a very difficult place to work for members of any gender and worse if you are a woman. I tell men not to work there and practically beg women to stay away.

November 2015

Great diversity of gender and race - it seems like people who are qualified and work hard will get promoted regardless of gender. However, there aren't as many senior managers who are women - still, considering the gap between men and women in graduating with engineering BAs and PhDs, SLB does a great job of getting women in the door.

You can learn a lot here and gain fundamentals. But unless you are French, or even better male and French, it takes a disproportionate amount of work to advance. This is true across departments.

Build strong relationships and network a lot. Don't be afraid to try a new role or job and certainly don't believe every bit of feedback you get.
