The culture is wonderful but I’d love to see more women and more women of color promoted into senior and executive leadership roles.

The first step in any improvement is recognizing there is an issue. We recognize the problem and are now at the forefront of changing the culture.

The work can be exciting. Everyone is able to jump in, but the current state is unknown. There was a recent merger causing a lot of bumps right now.

We currently do not have a parental leave policy in place. The current expectation is that to be successful in our company and have kids your spouse must be a stay-at-home parent.

January 2016
People known to be "hazards at work" kept on for their knowledge. Culture ruled by fear and greed rather than rational thought. No women at the most senior level. My manager was a VP but there were many men above her with more senior titles. Women see other women as competition vs teammates. Cut throat culture with zero regard for basic human resource laws, much less human kindness.

March 2015
The people I work with are great. Upper Management is not very good at listening to suggested improvements, although they are constantly asking for ideas. Men are treated better overall, to be frank. I've never had an need with maternity leave but my female colleagues say the company is very generous to those who have had a need.
