"Criteo is a really great place to work. Lots of flexibility to working mothers and it has a very inclusive culture. They recently started to implement quiet days and disconnecting policy that enables everyone to work within normal business hours. Our CEO also put together an incredible pay parity initiative where men and women are paid equally.
The one caution I would say is there seems to be some legacy mentality of male leaders. Hopefully this will start phasing out in the near future."
