"Company is run by white men who are hostile towards women who are strong and speak their minds. "

"If you'd like to know more about CubeSmart's diversity, and the number of women in leadership positions, take a look at the Senior Leadership team. There are two, and they are in support functions. In Operations, which makes up the majority of the company, you will see a majority of white men in leadership positions. Women equal men in lower level positions, but once you get past the first level of management, women are clearly discriminated against. Promotion for women is clearly lagging, yet they make no efforts to improve it. Microaggressions towards women abound and the leadership team is a good 'ole boys club who doesn't want to change. A "healthy" culture/work life balance is a farce here. "

"I feel well supported by my team and the larger infrastructure and I get all the paid time off I want (as long as I'm meeting targets). The sales team meets regularly to discuss successes and strategies and the CEO attends these fairly regularly. I can reach out directly to almost any member of the organization and be heard and given time and attention."

"CubeSmart is a company led by old white men who think women should be in lower level positions. There are few opportunities for women to get past this. There are very few female leaders in this company, and women are treated as less valued."
