      "I wouldn’t recommend working here. Perhaps in other departments there is more of an opportunity for promotion, but in my department there is no movement at all."

      "I am in a position that allows me the flexibility to come in at a reasonable time and work until I’m done for the day. Most jobs won’t allow that, but since I’m often working after hours this works out."

      "If you work in the corporate office, movement is limited for women. It's clear that with more men at the top, they only want and only do promote the men. No matter how qualified a female is to work over a man, the pay is less and the expectations and standards are different. It has been proven to me that I have to do more than the men although I am just as qualified for the work with the same leadership skills. "
