"Overall, it's a good company. There's certainly favoritism but I feel that's female to female, not male to female and I think that goes on everywhere. It helps if you have the "right" sponsor to pave the way for you."

"Cummins is a very good company. It is not perfect, but it has a great culture which we all know comes to life by your leadership. There are some really good leaders here.
Cummins gives you the space and grace to grow, develop, and try to reach your career aspirations. It is a company that believes in giving back to your community, which I value and also think is really important.
Overall, I would recommend Cummins as a place for female talent to work, grow, and develop. "
