"Cummins is great place to work where the opportunities to move within the company and move up or lateral within functions are endless. In my time here i have had a great opportunity to work with some great, experienced mind who treat me as their equal regardless of gender and race and be a part of the company that builds products that are reliable, and makes this world a better place. "

"Cummins is a large company with almost endless opportunities. They are very focused on internal mobility and encourage movement both geographically and across functions/departments. I have not observed any difference in opportunity for men versus women; but like any employer I'm sure there are leaders with biases. Our D&I strategy and leadership behaviors, though, are tools that can be used to call out any concerns. I believe that if a concern is raised, it will be taken seriously and addressed."

"Flexibility varies greatly based on role and job responsibilities. With the 'new normal' of almost all professional employees working from home and trying to balance dependent care/education with work, this is an emerging area for Cummins. They are saying the right things but will be interested to see how it is put into practice."
