"While Cummins doesn't have an official policy on work-life integration/flexibility, it's very much ingrained in the culture. My experience with my manager has been a phenomenal one, and I've received an enormous amount of flexibility when I need it. This has been critical for my development in many ways including (but not limited to) obtaining my degree, pursuing passions outside of work, and relocating across the country.
The degree of flexibility can vary between functions, roles, and managers, but my experience has been a fantastic one. "

"I cannot express how much more evolved the Cummins culture is compared to my past employers. I genuinely feel valued and supported on a daily basis. I'm NEVER the only woman in the room. And my colleagues are diverse AND intersectional. Our values are how we make decisions, not just words on a wall."
