"There is a strong focus around belonging and diversity. Women are promoted and many hold management level positions. More women are being headhunted for tech positions where diversity is a primary focus.
Still work to do regarding women in senior leadership, however there are many success stories from women that have paved their way and created opportunities throughout the organization. "
