In terms of paid time off for leave it isn't great but the flexibility for scheduling and working with a child care schedule are great.

Community minded, family friendly, but there still remains a "boys club" atmosphere in certain pockets of the organization.

November 2015

Very male-dominated organization, as most construction firms are. Many at the top recognize the need for more diversity and inclusion but likely will find it hard to implement change to actually achieve that (like changing maternity leave policy). Current policy falls under short-term disability and covers only 6 weeks at 60% pay. The only upside is that the firm gives every other Friday off throughout the year.
