LinkedIn has DIBs (diversity, inclusion and belonging) as one of its top priorities and is trying very hard to create a workplace that is great for women. I don't think any company is getting it completely right at the moment and LinkedIn is the same but the intention is absolutely there

For the NYC office, it would be nice if you speak Japanese so you can connect with the Japan corporate office people. Also, if you don't work much with the Japanese team, be sure you are liked by the US CFO. He determines your raise!
