"Dalberg is a highly meritocratic workplace, and has a strong cultural drive for equality across employees. However, it has thus far relied on employees good intentions, and as the company transitions from its startup culture to an established institution, many inclusion issues are only just starting to be enshrined in our systems. As such, it remains important for employees to advocate for themselves and their needs (at the expense of those uncomfortable doing so)."

"There are some very impressive women in leadership positions, however watch-out that at middle management it's often hard for women to juggle the job demands and life demands. "
