Be prepared to dig your heals in and learn the platform as much as possible. If you are HR or Finance, etc, obviously you don't need to learn it, but try to understand what we do here so you can help bring in clients. That's the name of the game here.

The career development here and the paths themselves are unclear and below par. I would have to have a manager, finally, that knows how to interact with me vs speaking in generalities.

March 2018

If you are a clinician, home health care such as Colorado VNA offers lots of flexibility, but you have to be extremely comfortable with autonomy and at times isolation.
