March 2018

Tech is male-dominated, but the times are changing. HPE is trying to grow out of its huge history as HP with an antiquated culture, and into a company that brands itself as an employer of choice. We'll see if they are able to do it. If they do not, the smarter tech firms will beat them, because women will take an equal share of the future.

December 2015

If you're planning to have a family, I would not do so here. The maternity leave is far inferior to competitors and there is no interest in changing the policy. This is probably because it's a male-dominated company; most men with families have stay-at-home wives; and the majority of women here are mostly too young to understand the need for a good maternity leave policy.

November 2015

I've worked here for 4 years. Upper management is mostly elderly white men. Very few women in leadership roles. Every department is a different world all trying to do their best while making the big boss happy. Nice mission but lack in other areas.
