"I've been working with DB for 6 years and have had great experience and success in the men-dominated environment. I've always felt support from my group heads (who are men) who have always been invested in my development and success in the workplace. DB itself also has a lot of development programs (such as Maximize Achievement Program for high performing female VPs) and affiliate groups (such as Women of Wall Street (WOWS)) to support women's career development and networking opportunities across the bank. This is a great place to work as you always feel that your managers are invested in your growth and success. "

"I've been at Deutsche Bank for a year and have been impressed and pleasantly surprised by the support for women at the bank. Not only is my team comprised of mostly women but I joined the ERG for women at the bank which has been a great experience. The ERG has help multiple events and everyone has been very supportive. I've also experience good work/life balance and flexibility with my schedule on the days that that I need to come in. "
