"Your experience will largely be driven by your team. If you're on a good team, your experience can be good. If you're on a lousy team, it may stink. Even with that, their HR team leaves much to be desired. They heavily rely on technology to support all HR functions and it's very hard to get support from a person even if it's a matter that's appropriate for escalation."

"There's much more gender balance in the support infrastructure functions (e.g. Compliance. Operations) compared to the Global Banking front office which still significantly lags."
