"There is a huge focus on culture. We have a strong culture code (what it is literally called) and we are all held to it. Leaders live by it.
During the pandemic, the leadership team realized that their teams were stretched and stressed focusing on work and their families - especially working parents. The repeated message was to take care of yourself and your family. "
