"There is a lot of flexibility and internal programs that go beyond "doing your job". I love that as a mother, there are classes to learn about the phases that your child is going through. The job is rewarding. I feel like my job matters and like my input is valid. I have been given great responsibility from the beginning and feel supported, to succeed!"

"There is a huge focus on culture. We have a strong culture code (what it is literally called) and we are all held to it. Leaders live by it.
During the pandemic, the leadership team realized that their teams were stretched and stressed focusing on work and their families - especially working parents. The repeated message was to take care of yourself and your family. "
