"I recently joined Dell after years working for a company that treated their employees as disposable. Dell is the complete opposite. The culture here is very employee friendly and I feel they understand that employees are an asset and should be treated as such. I look forward to further developing my career with Dell."

"In coming to Dell, even in the earliest stages when I interviewed, I immediately felt listened to, respected and I believed that I could make a difference joining Dell. From the very top, down through every level of leadership, there is a consistency of drive, respect, integrity and camaraderie. I've been in some amazing companies and the culture at Dell is unmatched. "
